Well, I have relatives in NJ that call me Em, but if the other Emily's using that one then you can just call Mimi, or "Mims" as my brother does.

Most people call me "Em" as a nickname. Though one of us could go by "Em" and one by "Emily." Or "Mimi" or whatever. Gosh, this is horribly confusing.
